Do we have the right product? and the right market? How can we monetise this product? How do we scale up using channels? Who should we partner with? How do we protect our ideas? How can fund our venture without losing it? How do we sort out team issues? What technology could we be using? What is the future, and how do we plan our exit, or growing our company further?
Imagine having an seasoned expert on board as part of your team, who can help steer your venture through all these issues. How many new opportunities will you see? How many expensive mistakes will you avoid?
Relationships are everything. Imagine drawing on the network of someone who has worked in this space for over thirty years.
Trust. Listing a seasoned veteran as an advisor to your company will give you significant credibility with investors and other players.
