Would you like to help young entrepreneurs to grow their confidence and skills? Then you may want to become a Koi Elder - part of the pro bono volunteer programme run by Koi and drawing from the Koi community.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
You will be one of a team of Elders helping a specific Koi Tribe - usually students. You will commit to spend one or two hours a week or month with the students to mentor them both with projects and with general entrepreneurial skills and building their confidence, and connecting them where possible to other resources and people in your network or in the Koi community.
WILL THERE BE TRAINING?
You have a half day of training in Koi Mentorship by Neil Hinrichsen, the founder of Koi , to teach you how to become an inspirational champion mentor.
This will teach you both the KoiCreate framework for developing startups and the best practices for the process of mentoring young entrepreneurs.
